About The Role

You'll be carrying out a variety of hands-on maintenance and minor project tasks across a diverse mix of clients and properties. Work will include:

• General building maintenance (doors, locks, fixtures, repairs)

• Small refurbishments and renovations

• Minor carpentry, plastering, patching and painting

• Reactive and preventative maintenance tasks

• Works across independent living units, community housing (non-Housing Trust), and commercial clients

You'll be supported by a strong business support team so you can focus on the trade work — not chasing approvals, quotes or scheduling.

What You'll Need

• Broad trade skills — ideally with a carpentry or similar trade background

• Confidence with general building maintenance tasks

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• Willingness to learn and use our digital systems

• Current driver's licence (mandatory)

• White Card (preferred)

• Experience in community, aged care or independent living maintenance (preferred)
