Internal Sales – Sydney

Join our dynamic team in the 4WD and auto parts industry We're looking for a customer-focused team player who enjoys helping customers and has a passion for 4WDs and vehicle modifications.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing product advice and processing orders.
  • Convert leads into sales and transfer relevant inquiries to the sales team.
  • Prepare quotes and purchase orders efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved or redirected appropriately.
  • Manage data entry and records to keep customer information up to date.
  • Support daily operations, including office supplies and general administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in internal sales, customer service, or retail (preferred in auto parts or 4WD industry).
  • Passion for 4WDs, auto accessories, or vehicle modifications is a big plus
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, data entry, order processing).
