We currently have the capacity to provide a home to 18,000 students (and are growing) and we don't simply provide a bed and roof; we also provide a unique, amazing experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of your property (or properties), leading a passionate team and ensuring our residents have an unforgettable experience. You'll juggle everything from team training and financial performance to property presentation and resident wellbeing—all while keeping your finger on the pulse of what makes Scape special.

Here's a taste of what your day could look like:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing customer service team on-site.
• Plan and manage staffing to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
• Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Wellness & Hygiene teams to ensure standout presentation and maintenance.
• Manage arrears and ensure targets are met for collections and operational costs.
• Own the reporting process—track property performance and share insights.
• Partner with the leasing and marketing team to deliver successful campaigns.
• Help shape and hit revenue goals while keeping an eye on budgets and efficiencies.

You're a people person who leads from the front—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and genuinely cares about creating amazing experiences. You're as comfortable with spreadsheets as you are with conversations, and you know how to keep a team energised and on track.

Here's what sets you apart:

• You have 5 years' experience in customer service or operations roles.
• You've managed strong, effective teams and know how to bring out the best in people.
• You understand how to manage budgets and drive results.
• You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments.
• You're confident, collaborative, and bring a hands-on leadership style.
• You're open to obtaining a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
