About the role
General Stationery Supplies' is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant / Data Entry to join our head office team in Albion, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial administrative and data entry support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office operations. The role we are looking to fill is 5 days per week, 5 hours per day. We are flexible on the hours.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately and efficiently entering stock and customer data into our systems
- Providing general administrative assistance, such as filing and organising documents
- Answering and assisting incoming phone calls
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Liasing with customers and suppliers
What we're looking for
- Excellent data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
