We are currently seeking a motivate and reliable Junior Concrete Labourer to join our team. this is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to start a career in the construction industry. No prior experience is required - just a strong worth ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete pouring, finishing and site preparation.
- Follow safety guidelines and instruction from supervisors.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Support experienced team member with daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Must have own reliable transport to and from job sites.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
