About the Role

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Crane Operators and Riggers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out lifting operations across construction, industrial, and maintenance worksites. You will operate various types of cranes and perform rigging duties to ensure all loads are safely secured, lifted, and positioned according to site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile, tower, or overhead cranes in accordance with project needs
  • Perform dogging and rigging duties, including load securing and directing crane movements
  • Conduct pre-start checks, inspections, and routine maintenance
  • Interpret lifting plans, load charts, and site instructions
  • Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Work closely with crane crews, doggers, riggers, and site supervisors
  • Maintain equipment logs and report hazards, defects, or incidents
  • Adhere to all WHS and site safety procedures

About You

  • Proven experience as a Crane Operator and/or Rigger
  • Valid Crane Licence (C2, C6, CO) and/or Rigging/Dogging tickets
  • HRWL (High Risk Work Licence) required
  • Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced site environments
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
