Location: Locations will depend on delivery & training days. Locations include Melbourne CBD, Footscary, Sunbury and working from home 

Company:Leading State Government Utilities Department 

This leading State Government Department are seeking two experienced Oracle CCS Trainers to join a major billing transformation program. These roles will play a key part in developing and delivering training content to internal teams and external partners, supporting a large uplift in resources and ensuring successful adoption of new billing processes.

About the Role

As an Oracle CCS Trainer, you will:

  • Collaborate with program and change teams to scope training needs and delivery requirements
  • Develop high-quality, reusable training materials aligned to business objectives
  • Deliver face-to-face training sessions to internal staff and BPO partner resources
  • Engage with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate readiness and manage resistance
  • Provide updates on training progress, milestones, and outcomes
  • Support the transition to new ways of working and successful business adoption
  • Work with communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across audiences

About You

  • Strong experience in training design, development, and delivery (Oracle CCS or similar billing systems highly regarded)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing program environment
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, risks, and issues in a dynamic setting
