Johnson Cleaning Co is expanding, and we're looking for motivated cleaners in Rouse Hill and the wider Hills District who want more than just a job. With us, you'll start as a cleaner, but there are real opportunities to grow into team leader roles as we expand our commercial services.

What We Offer:

  • Hours: 5–20 hours per week to start, with room to grow
  • Locations: Hills District & Blacktown suburbs (occasional surrounding areas)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime & some night shifts available
  • Pay: $32.31/hr daytime, $36.19/hr evening + 12% super + paid travel + km allowance
  • Portable Long Service Leave
  • Training and development provided (including Infection Control Certification)

About You:

  • Local to the Hills District & Blacktown council areas
  • Available on weekdays
  • Current driver's licence + reliable car (essential)
  • Australian working rights
  • Reliable, motivated, and keen to learn
  • Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required
