- $83,541 pa + 12% super (level 3)
- 72.5 hour fortnight

- Location: Caboolture
Join City of Moreton Bay as a Fleet and Fuel Systems Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As a Fleet and Fuel Systems Officer you'll work in a team of two to manage all aspects of the Council's Corporate Fleet system including reporting, asset creation, scheduling, and commissioning/decommissioning, and Corporate Fuel system and supplies (Annual Fuel Spend $3.4m).
You'll also:
- Manage Fuel Cards with external provider
- Handle the day-to-day administration of Fleet linked systems e.g. Pinpoint, Qld Motorways and Unity Water
- Carry out administration of all QLD Transport Registration related matters for vehicles, plant and equipment (Annual Registration Spend approx. $650k)
- Coordinate the reconciliation and audit of fuel related matters
- Be the point of contact for all fleet and fuel system matters
- Participate in the Operational Disaster Event Management response.
About you
We're looking for your leet management expertise including knowledge of fuel management policies and practices and understanding relevant regulations and standards. You bring strong time management skills to manage conflicting priorities, and have great people and relationship management skills to work with people across all areas of Council.
