Selection Criteria
Commitment to Catholic Ethos: Ability to support and embody the Catholic ethos in all duties.
Understanding of the Science of Reading/Learning and relevant teaching experience.
Student Relationships: Ability to develop positive and trusting relationships with students, supporting their engagement, wellbeing, and regulation.
Team Collaboration: The Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team with other staff members.
Interpersonal and Organisational Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Community Building: Enthusiasm for building community within a Catholic school, in collaboration with staff, parents, and students.
Application Requirements: One-page document addressing the selection criteria and essential requirements, a resume, and three references. (If this is not submitted, your application will not be considered).
