Casual Positions Available | Primary Locations: Ipswich, Brisbane, Logan

Environmental Management Unit (EMU) is a specialised bush regeneration company dedicated to restoring and enhancing Australia's natural environment. We deliver projects in ecological restoration, weed control, revegetation, and habitat rehabilitation for councils, government bodies, landholders, and conservation organisations.

We're expanding our field teams and are looking for motivated Field Crew Members who enjoy physical, outdoor work and want to make a real difference to the environment.

Whether you're new to the industry or have some experience already, we provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and opportunities to grow with us. Experienced team members or potential leaders are also encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For:

  • An interest in native plants and the natural environment (knowledge a bonus but not essential)
  • Commitment to safety and following directions on site
Requirements:
  • White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
  • Driver's Licence
  • ACDC Licence
Highly Regarded:
  • Previous experience in bush regeneration, landscaping, or conservation work
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Chainsaw operation certification
  • Qualifications in Conservation & Ecosystem Management, Horticulture, or similar fields
Available Roles:
  • Casual positions across multiple levels
  • Worksites in the Ipswich, Brisbane (north and south), Logan, Lockyer Valley, Scenic Rim and Redlands regions. Travel is to be expected
