What We're Looking For

We need a solar industry professional who understands the compliance process inside out, especially when it comes to Formbay and environmental certificate management (STCs, PRCs, ESCs, VEECs).

If you've worked in solar admin—handling STC processing, grid connections, installer scheduling, wholesaler coordination, compliance, and regulatory approvals—this role is your opportunity to step up and work at an industry-leading level.

What You'll Do

  • Be the expert: Help Formbay clients (solar retailers, installers, and industry professionals) navigate compliance, process certificates, and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Support the industry: Assist clients in creating, managing, and troubleshooting STC, PRC, ESC, and other environmental certificates.
  • Drive efficiency: Guide clients in using Formbay's digital tools to streamline their compliance workflows.
  • Bridge the gap: Work with industry stakeholders, including electricians, wholesalers, and regulators, to ensure compliance is met.

Who You Are

  • Solar Industry Admin Pro – You've worked in admin, compliance, or operations for a solar retailer or related business.
  • Formbay Experienced – You've used Formbay to process STCs and other certificates and know the system inside out.
  • Problem Solver & Communicator – You can talk to installers, retailers, wholesalers, and even auditors to ensure compliance is met.
  • Industry-Savvy – You understand the challenges of getting electricians to use apps, managing compliance, and handling regulatory requirements.
