What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef/Cook in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Supporting the production of menu items
  • Bain Marie style food
  • Understanding dietaries and amending recipes as needed
  • Support with food prep and plating
  • Work with Catering Assistants to support busy operations
  • Strong cooking and food preparation skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • A valid Working with Children Check (reimbursement available if needing to purchase)

Shifts:

Monday to Friday

  • 6:00am to 2:30pm
  • 9:30am to 6:00pm
  • 11:00am to 7:30pm
