About the Role  

As the Senior Finance Business Partner you will play an integral role in supporting business stakeholders to deliver management reporting, budgets and forecasts and financial analysis to enable key decisions.

You will have the opportunity to work both autonomously and as part of a supportive team to showcase your commercial expertise and problem-solving skills while making a real impact at HBF.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing commercially minded forecasting and insights that translate into financial results
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business area priorities, initiatives and challenges to achieve strategic objectives
  • Supporting relevant business areas with budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Actively looking to streamline and simplify processes, reports and procedures
  • Reviewing business cases for commercial viability and support cost optimisation strategies to improve performance

This position is based in Perth WA on a permanent full-time basis.

About You 

You are an experienced and self-motivated Business Partner who thrives in a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and innovation within a team environment.

Using your Accounting and commercial expertise you will demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and the ability to influence while building meaningful stakeholder relationships.

You are confident creating, presenting and reporting using budgeting and forecasting to translate into impactful insights for your stakeholders.
