About the role
Central West Cardiology has an exciting opportunity for a Cardiac Sonographer. You will perform cardiac echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms and TOEs at our private rooms, regional outreach clinics and public hospitals.
We use GE Vivid E90 and Vivid IQ machines with ViewPoint reporting system. Working as part of a team of qualified cardiac sonographers.
The role is full time, but part time will be considered, with above award wages.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with an eye for detail and the ability to take on any task and successfully follow it through. The candidate will have a caring and friendly attitude towards both staff and patients.
Candidates must:
- Hold a current ASAR accreditation as a Cardiac Sonographer.
- Have demonstrated experience in adult cardiac sonography.
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and caring manner.
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable car.
