At Capital Transport, we're Australia's largest and fastest-growing courier and taxi truck business, delivering tailored B2B transport and logistics solutions. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our high-performing team.
Job Description
We're on the lookout for a detail-driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Contracts department. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, supportive environment, perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Be the primary contact for a portfolio of top-tier clients
Build strong, long-term relationships and resolve client queries
Prepare accurate daily pricing and internal/external reports
Ensure compliance with client delivery processes and OH&S standards
Confidently manage disputes and drive continuous improvement
Lead regular business review meetings to identify growth opportunities
What we're looking for
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Experience in account management or client-facing roles
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
