You'll build and curate a network of Australia's top private practices, introducing them to a world-class business consulting program designed for dental practice owners - helping them optimise performance, increase profitability, and scale sustainably.

- OTE: $120-150k+ per annum
- Uncapped commission across both new client acquisition and ongoing account management;

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for the high performers - the top guns of the dental sales industry. People who are outcomes-focused, driven to make an impact, and can guide their clients toward decisions that help grow and scale their businesses.
You'll have:
- Established, trusted relationships with dental practice owners and Principal Dentists - you're already well-connected in the dental community and can open doors from day one;
- Extensive sales and account management experience within the dental industry;
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets from new client acquisition to building strong, long-term relationships;
- You can communicate, engage and influence with confidence and strong with objection handling;
- You're not looking to coast along. You are self-accountable and responsible for driving outcomes while continually seeking ways to improve.
