The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we have created a new permanent full-time opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join our Joints Team in Adelaide. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers across our Hip and Knee product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff etc.
- Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required
- Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
About You
- Degree qualified with minimum 2 years' experience as a Clinical Specialist supporting Orthopaedic surgeries preferably Hips and Knees
- Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
- Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused
- Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills
