Branding & Marketing Co-Ordinator – Residential Design & Construction (Inner West Melbourne)

Kingsville VIC | Part-Time (2 – 3 days per week) | $70,000 to $75,000 | Immediate Start/ASAP

BCT Group is on the lookout for a Branding & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team on a part time basis of 2 to 3 days per week.

If you have experience with social media, website management, Google & META advertisements and have an interest in marketing then this role could be for you.

BCT Group is a residential architectural design and construction company. Established in 2012, we deliver around 25 projects per year – mostly renovations, extensions and knock down rebuild projects in the inner west.

Our tight-knit team includes in-house design, construction, estimating, town planning, contracts & permits and finance management.

We're proud to work closely with our local community and bring high-quality homes to life with professionalism and pride.

Key responsibilities about this role:

  • Strategically create, post & manage social media posts to showcase our business
  • Strategically create, post & manage social media & google advertisements
  • Manage our videographer & professional photographer for gathering content for our social media platforms and website
  • Manage our company website (Wix)
  • Create, execute & manage marketing strategies
  • Look for community sponsorship opportunities & manage existing relationships
  • Create & update marketing material
  • Update documentation for new and existing projects including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint & PDF documents
  • Develop communication channels with previous enquiries, existing & previous clients
  • Strategically develop & manage sales events
  • Pro-actively look for opportunities to promote our businesses capabilities
  • Manage enquiries & website traffic and strategically look to improve volume of enquiries
  • Weekly meetings with General Manager to discuss marketing strategies and review enquiry statistics

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Drivers licence and your own vehicle
  • Strong Communication skills, both written & verbal is a must
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint skills
  • Wix Website management program (or website management experience on an equivalent platform)
  • Can-do attitude and ability to show initiative
  • An understanding of the local inner west community
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • An understanding or interest in residential design & construction would be advantageous
  • Time management skills

Salary is based on experience and the annual full-time salary of $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation to the successful candidate is to be paid pro-rata based on days worked per week.
