We are a small growing eCommerce business specialising in delivering a wide range of products globally. We pride ourselves on efficient service, accurate order fulfilment, and keeping our customers happy.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team. The role involves picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are in perfect condition before dispatch and packing items securely. You will also help with putting away stock and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack and label customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Ensure all products are checked for quality before dispatch
  • Organise and put away incoming stock deliveries
  • Replenishing packaging materials
  • Maintain a clean and organised packing area
  • Follow order packing procedures and timelines

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting and moving stock)
  • Willingness to follow instructions and work independently when required
  • Contractor role - ABN required
  • 1–2 days per week to start, with potential for more - Monday availability is essential with the other day to be discussed. Typical hours of operation 11am - 4:30pm
