At ONESOLOMON, we design, manufacture, and install a wide range of home improvement products including blinds, shutters, awnings, and security screens. We're looking for multiple Installers to join our team – people who take pride in workmanship, enjoy working with customers, and want to represent a leading SEQ brand.

We can engage either:

  • As a Contractor – earn high dollars with consistent workflow and great support.

What you'll be doing

  • Installing our range of products across homes and commercial sites.
  • Conducting check measures (CM) to ensure accurate fit and finish.
  • Working directly with customers onsite, acting as a positive advocate for the ONESOLOMON brand.
  • Delivering quality installs, with an eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Supporting our mission to provide a seamless, stress-free experience for every customer.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in installation, carpentry, home improvement, or a related trade.
  • It is very favorable if you have already installed our product range before
  • Strong customer service skills – you're as comfortable talking with customers as you are on the tools.
  • A can-do attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • Blue Card (Working With Children) or willingness to obtain.
