- In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service
The Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service is a large regional hospital that provides a wide range of services including emergency, general and surgical, maternity, outpatient, and outreach services. The hospital has 58 beds including flex and monitored beds. The Port Augusta Hospital also has chemotherapy services and has a Renal Dialysis Unit and a Paediatric Department, both of which are the largest outside of Adelaide. Our staff work in close partnership with community health services and Aboriginal health providers, to ensure that optimum care is delivered to all areas of the community. About the Role:
Under the guidance of the Regional Senior Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapist plays a vital role in delivering a comprehensive and integrated range of health services tailored to the needs of the local community. Working as part of a multi-professional team—including health professionals and service providers from other sectors—the therapist applies a combination of preventative strategies, early intervention, treatment, therapy, and evaluation approaches to support and enhance community wellbeing.

About You:
- Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant allied health profession, and be eligible for full membership of the relevant allied health Professional Association. For those disciplines requiring Registration, all requirements to maintain current registration must be fulfilled. For self-regulated professions it is desirable to participate in the professional associations' accredited continuous professional development program.
- Deliver a broad range of straightforward clinical services using established methods.
- Apply professional judgment with guidance from a Clinical Senior.
- Conduct one-on-one, group, and health promotion activities.
- Manage and prioritise your personal workload efficiently.
