About the Role

We're currently hiring a
Product Owner - Marketing
to join the
Corporate CRM team
of a leading global organisation, based in Brisbane. This key role sits at the intersection of technology and marketing, acting as the bridge between the Salesforce engineering team and the Corporate Marketing function.

As the Marketing Product Owner, you will work in an agile delivery environment to lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing-focused CRM enhancements and features. You'll play a pivotal role in defining and prioritising initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes that improve customer engagement and drive operational effectiveness.

This is a full-time, on-site role best suited to someone with strong Salesforce experience, proven product ownership capability, and a solid understanding of marketing or CRM strategy in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the domain expert for CRM marketing initiatives, championing the customer voice.
  • Act as the key liaison between Marketing stakeholders and the Salesforce engineering team.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation and defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain a delivery roadmap that aligns with broader strategic goals.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to define MVPs and guide feature development.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of delivered features.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery that meets customer and business expectations.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a Salesforce CRM or Martech environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).
  • Business Analysis skills with the ability to clearly articulate business problems and technical solutions.
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or Kanban).
  • B2B industry experience highly desirable, particularly in service-led industries.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
