Job Title: Home Loans Assistant / Customer Service Officer (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)

About Us:
Aussie Morayfield & North Lakes is a dynamic and customer-focused home loans provider dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support throughout the home loan journey. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Home Loans Assistant / Customer Service Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our customers, brokers and loan processing operations.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an all-rounder admin assistant who thrives in a customer service environment and is keen to develop a career in home loans. The role is flexible and may vary depending on the candidate's experience and skills but will primarily focus on supporting loan application processes, customer communications, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead taking and appointment booking with potential customers

  • Assisting customers with post-settlement enquiries and providing timely support

  • Handling loan applications from post-approval to settlement, including bank liaison and follow-up for settlement bookings

  • Co-ordination of discharge processes

  • Conducting home loan anniversary relationship calls to maintain client engagement

  • Managing pricing requests and providing accurate information

  • General administrative support as needed to ensure smooth loan processing

Hours:
8:30am to 5pm - Part-time - 3 Days a week (with a view to progress to full-time)
Full-time considered for the right candidate

Who You Are:

  • Organised, proactive, and customer-service oriented

  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and liaising with banks and customers

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous experience in home loans, banking, or a related admin/customer service role is a plus but not essential

  • Reliable and committed with a positive attitude
