We are a privately owned and operated care home group with eight homes across England and Wales, providing residential and nursing services. We prioritise the well-being of residents and their families above all else. Broomy Hill Nursing Home is situated in the beautiful City of Hereford and provides nursing and dementia care for up to 40residents. Our home is focused on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents, and their families, feel supported and respected.

The Role

We are looking for a kind and compassionate individual who wants to enhance the lives of others and offer quality care and support and to join our already-established care team. Previous experience would be of an advantage.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Personal care
  • Assistance with meals and fluids
  • Transferring residents as per care plan
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Offering comfort, stimulation and support, whilst maintaining residents' privacy and dignity

  • Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Have a positive attitude to both supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
  • Be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
