What You'll Do
As an
HR Business Partner
based in
Spearwood WA
, you'll align people strategies with business goals, foster engagement, build leadership capability, and ensure compliance. You'll work closely with warehouse leaders and employees to strengthen relationships, boost productivity, and create a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse leaders on workforce planning and organisational design.
• Use data insights to influence decisions and improve organisational effectiveness.
• Support employee relations matters and foster collaborative union relationships.
• Embed performance management frameworks and coach managers on leadership capability.
• Champion initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and drive engagement.
• Ensure HR processes comply with legislation and enterprise agreements.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects that deliver measurable business impact.

What Experience And Education You Need

• Minimum 3 years in an HR generalist or business partner role within operational or fast-paced environments (e.g., logistics, manufacturing).
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with proven ability to coach managers and lead HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyse data and create reports.
• Ability to travel to assigned sites and work in cold/chiller environments during visits.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
