Join Our Team – Section Waiters, Bar Staff & Runners

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated hospitality professionals to be part of our vibrant team. Whether you're a seasoned Senior Waiter with a passion for food and wine, an energetic Bar Team Member, or a fast-paced Runner, this is your chance to shine in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

As a key part of our service team, you'll help us deliver a warm, engaging, and memorable dining experience that celebrates Italian-inspired cuisine and soon to be opened Japanese cuisine including an extensive European wine list. For the right candidates, there's also a fantastic opportunity to step into a supervisory role.

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of Italian food and wines (or a willingness to learn and grow with us).
  • Previous experience in a quality restaurant, bar, or service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional presentation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Team players with strong work ethics and a drive to learn and progress.
  • A valid Victorian RSA (for bar and waiter positions).
  • Current Australian working rights.

Pay: $27.00 – $45.00 per hour
