Whether you’re a seasoned **Senior Waiter** with a passion for food and wine, an energetic **Bar Team Member**, or a fast-paced **Runner**, this is your chance to shine in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of Italian food and wines (or a willingness to learn and grow with us).
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant, bar, or service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Team players with strong work ethics and a drive to learn and progress.
- A valid Victorian RSA (for bar and waiter positions).
- Current Australian working rights.

Pay: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour
