QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Proven experience with Braze is essential; additional exposure to Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Dynamics 365 Marketing, or MoEngage is advantageous.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and delivery-focused.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of data management and relational database principles.
  • Ability to translate complex marketing requirements into technical implementations.
  • Passion for creating innovative and beautifully executed digital experiences.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging marketing technologies.

We believe great work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we've adopted a hybrid approach including required in-office days. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
