Position requirements:

General Purpose of Position:

  • To provide high quality reception and secretarial services to the patients, Doctors and staff at the medical centre in a caring and supportive manner
  • To maintain confidentiality of all information
  • To provide flexibility in practice staffing arrangements
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Essential criteria

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a General Practice environment
  • Must be competent with Best Practice or Medical Director Software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and general IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with a variety of people
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must have full Australian working rights
  • Contribute equitably to maintaining the cleanliness of the practice
