Our Provisional Psychologists play a key role in delivering evidence-based assessments, tailored interventions, and practical group programs that empower people to thrive in work and life.

The Role

As a Provisional Psychologist, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and vocational intervention to job seekers.
  • Facilitate structured group programs (resume building, interview skills, goal setting, confidence building).
  • Run onsite clinics offering tailored, practical interventions for individuals and groups (teens to older adults).
  • Support wellbeing, resilience, and independence through positive therapeutic strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with Employment Service providers, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • Provisional registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and return to meaningful work.
  • Willingness to travel locally to deliver services.
