Job Description

Manage and support Imperva WAF, tuning policies and mitigating web-based threats.
Administer and maintain RSA Archer for risk and compliance reporting, including GRC workflows.
Deploy, manage, and monitor Database Firewall (DBF) for activity and anomaly detection.
Use RSA NetWitness for threat detection, investigation, and log analysis
Integrate and optimize Cisco FMC (Firepower Management Center) and Cisco ISE for perimeter and endpoint protection.
Implement and support MS GSA ZTNA as part of the organization's Zero Trust strategy.
Work with the Vulnerability Management team to triage findings, track remediation efforts, and ensure timely closure.
Use ServiceNow to manage and resolve problem tickets and monitor SLAs.
Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and incident reports.
Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to meet regulatory and security requirements

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following tools:
Imperva WAF
RSA Archer
RSA NetWitness
Database Firewall (e.g., Imperva DBF)
Experience with:
Cisco FMC and Cisco ISE
Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, preferably Microsoft GSA ZTNA
ServiceNow, especially handling problem tickets and SLA tracking
Vulnerability scanning tools and remediation processes
Strong understanding of network protocols, web application threats, and secure architectures
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
