Best & Less has an opportunity for a Part-time Permanent Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Emerald QLD store.

As an integral member of the Emerald 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

As a Team member your role will include

  • Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
  • Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
  • Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
  • Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
  • Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.

As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has:

  • 2-3 years' experience in retail in a high volume store (preferred)
  • Really passionate about customer experience
  • Positive attitude - we can teach the rest
  • Eager to learn
  • Desire to develop your career in retail
