Where you'll be working:About the role:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments
  • Developing and monitoring evidence-based treatment plans
  • Providing regular counselling sessions
  • Coordinating referrals to appropriate services
  • Preparing court reports and maintaining accurate documentation within clinical systems
About you:
  • Strong clinical experience in providing evidence-based drug and alcohol interventions
  • The ability to write and present clear, concise reports
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • The capability to assess risk and manage challenging behaviours in a professional manner
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in health, allied health, or social work
  • Extensive experience working in drug and alcohol services
  • Knowledge of court diversion programs and the legal context of client care is highly desirable
  • High-level computer literacy and experience using health databases and clinical documentation systems
