Your Team

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. Your expertise in UX and UI design will be crucial in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring that our design solutions are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-centric.

Your ability to communicate effectively and advocate for the user will drive the development of seamless digital experiences that set us apart in the market. By leveraging your design skills and strategic thinking, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction, digital adoption, and growth and retention of our customer base.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the UI design of all our digital touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across platforms.
• Maintain, evolve, and enhance our design system to adapt to new requirements and improve overall design efficiency.
• Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to uncover and gather valuable insights and validate design decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a seamless integration of design solutions.

Your Capability and Experience

• Strong experience as Product Designer in Financial Experience ideally working with Advisors
• Experience creating animations, micro-animations, and dynamic visual effects enhancing the UI experience would be desirable.
• An ability to be both strategic and executional focused, with a creative curiosity to challenge the status quo to deliver optimal experiences for our customers.
• You will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, take ownership of your work quality, and enjoy continuous improvement. You will set exceptionally high standards for yourself and your team.
• Digital product experience, ideally with Mobile App, Public Website and Authenticated customer environments demonstrated in your strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and working with design systems. Full understanding and command of latest tools and techniques.
