About The Opportunity
Are you a meticulous professional with a strong background in contract compliance and audit management? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the audit process, managing the document lifecycle, and providing essential support to our investment management function and various contract-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the annual audit plan, conducting audits and ensuring prompt resolution of any identified issues.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Business Process documents and contract communications from a Service Delivery perspective.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving the Service Delivery Plan and associated business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer concerns and support the implementation of required actions to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Provide assistance in budget management, operational reporting, and supporting the financial and end of month processes for the contract.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
  • Attend operational performance meetings to monitor compliance and identify business process improvement opportunities.

About You

  • Proven ability to lead by example, setting high standards in behaviour and values.
  • Strong track record of building and managing effective internal and external relationships.
  • Expertise in developing business workflows and procedures.
  • Experience in managing internal audit programs and conducting audits.
  • At least 5 years of experience in utility operations.
  • Proficiency in process and documentation management.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft applications and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and service delivery standards.
