Monadelphous is looking for skilled E&I Project Engineers to join our major construction projects across WA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Workpack development and aiding with planning, scheduling and executing the scope of work including organising project resources, equipment and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirements.
* Provide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work.
* Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance.
* Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications and ISO requirements.
* Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience working in a E&I Engineering capacity, developing project/construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting and monitoring milestones within the mining industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated problem solving ability
* Clear technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management
* Tertiary Qualification in Engineering
* Proof of right to work in Australia
