An amazing opportunity for the right person to merchandise for Koala Cards while being supported by a well-known, ethical organisation. Koala has been providing quality greeting cards and gift products to retailers for more than 25 years.

We are seeking an individual who has a passion for their work, can work autonomously, and drive sales by delivering greeting cards and greeting items into retail stores, promoting their own quality service as well as Koala's products. The candidate will preferably have merchandising experience.

Territory & Hours:

The territory requires approximately 1 day a week servicing existing customers in NSW region of Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Kempsey inclusive.

Skills Required:

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following.

Sales, merchandising and customer service success.

Efficient planning.

A good level of physical fitness.

Medium level of computer literacy.

Above average organisational skills.

Well-spoken and excellent personal presentation.

Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising and display of retail products.

Ability to deliver services to various locations, meeting call cycles and KPI's.

A medium sized, reliable vehicle to transport stock, POS and display racks.

A safe, dry and secure location to store products, cartons and display racks as required.

The Offer:

Authorised sales merchandisers manage a territory of existing retailers, and an hourly rate is payable on the delivery of Koala products into our customer's stores. Koala's customers have signed service agreements and require the stock to be replenished.

Koala's sales merchandisers are provided training in their territory, ongoing assistance, support and guidance from the Head Office Team, whilst having autonomy to streamline their role and hours to suit their own lifestyle. Koala nurtures our relationships as it is in our interest that sales merchandisers are successful.
