About the Role
Grampians Health invites dedicated and driven Registered Nurses to embark on a transformative journey through our Postgraduate Program in Specialty Practice. This program offers a unique opportunity to enhance your clinical expertise and contribute to the advancement of healthcare. It is available at the Ballarat campus.
The postgraduate clinical employment is 52 weeks for hours per fortnight (dependent on the specialty stream) and is expected to commence in February 2026.

Key Responsibilities
Practices independently and interdependently assuming accountability and responsibility for their own actions and the delegation of care to other healthcare workers as require

Develops professional practice in accordance with the health needs of the population and changing patterns of disease and illnes- s
Be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal healthcare outcome- s
Skills & Experience
Be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificat

Successful recruitment is dependent on acceptance at Federation University to which direct application is necessary.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement The classification is Registered Midwife Grade 2 (YS2-YS8) which ranges from $ $52.20 per hour.
