Responsibilities

• Play a key behind-the-scenes role in bringing ACU's national student recruitment initiatives to life through expert coordination and logistics.
• Join a vibrant and energetic team supporting the delivery of high-quality integrated marketing activities and events that drive applications and enrolments across ACU campuses.
• Work on a full-time, ongoing basis with option to be based from multiple locations and hybrid flexibility.
• Receive 17% employer superannuation, salary packaging and generous leave provisions.
• Operate within Future Students as the Future Students Project Officer, responsible for supporting logistical operations and event service delivery for national student recruitment initiatives, including Open Days, Advisory Conferences, major external expos, national reporting, and collateral development.
• Report to the Future Students Project Coordinator and collaborate with the wider Future Students and Marketing and External Relations teams, faculties, and other units across the university.

• Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) per year, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (HEW 5) pro rata, plus employer contributions to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata, dependent on commencement date.

Qualifications & Requirements

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics and event service delivery for national student recruitment initiatives. The successful candidate will work with the Future Students Project Coordinator and collaborate across teams and faculties.
