We are seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Trade Assistant to join our team, supporting data and communications projects on a military base. This hands-on role involves assisting tradespeople with running cables, installing conduits, and setting up network systems in a secure and professional environment.

About the Role:

  • Assisting qualified tradespeople with installations and maintenance
  • Running and securing data and communication cables
  • Installing conduits and low-voltage cabling systems
  • Using basic hand and power tools
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
  • Following strict site safety, security, and work procedures

What You Need:

  • White Card – mandatory
  • Police Check (or the ability to obtain one) for military base access
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Experience in Electrical or Data work
  • Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (Steel cap boots, Work pants & Hi-Vis shirt)
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
