We're expanding fast and looking for 3–5 new Arcade Attendants who bring energy, reliability, and pride to every shift. We want people who love community, connect easily with guests, and thrive in a busy, high-energy environment.

We're also looking for those who want to grow with us. If you show initiative, leadership, and consistency, you'll have opportunities to step up into roles across management, events, and operations as we scale.

Role: Arcade Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Explain game rules and help customers get started.
• Operate, monitor, and restock arcade machines, claw machines, and drink fridges.
• Handle transactions, reservations, and customer enquiries.
• Troubleshoot and report basic machine or maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness across arcade floors, counters, machines, and restrooms.
• Support events, parties, and group bookings when scheduled.
• Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 15 years or older.
• Positive, reliable, and energetic personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fast learner with initiative and accountability.
• Team-oriented mindset — adaptable and supportive of others.

Skills That Stand Out

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Interest in technology, community, or social media.
• Leadership potential or interest in management roles.
