We’re expanding fast and looking for **3-5 new Arcade Attendants** who bring energy, reliability, and pride to every shift. We want people who love community, connect easily with guests, and thrive in a busy, high-energy environment.

We’re also looking for those who want to **grow with us**. If you show initiative, leadership, and consistency, you’ll have opportunities to step up into roles across management, events, and operations as we scale.

**Role: Arcade Attendant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Explain game rules and help customers get started.
- Operate, monitor, and restock arcade machines, claw machines, and drink fridges.
- Handle transactions, reservations, and customer enquiries.
- Troubleshoot and report basic machine or maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness across arcade floors, counters, machines, and restrooms.
- Support events, parties, and group bookings when scheduled.
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Must be **15 years or older**.
- Positive, reliable, and energetic personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fast learner with initiative and accountability.
- Team-oriented mindset — adaptable and supportive of others.

**Skills That Stand Out**
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- Interest in technology, community, or social media.
- Leadership potential or interest in management roles.
