Our Insurance practice works with leading clients across General Insurance, Life, Wealth, and Superannuation to deliver high-impact analytics and AI solutions. We're seeking a Consultant to join our team and help solve complex insurance challenges using cutting-edge data science, AI, and actuarial techniques.

How will you make an impact?

• Deliver analytics excellence: Lead the delivery of high-quality analytics across pricing, reserving, capital modelling, and data transformation projects for insurance clients
• Transform insights into action: Translate complex technical analysis into clear, compelling recommendations that drive business value for stakeholders
• Build innovative solutions: Develop and maintain models and tools that support client decision-making across diverse insurance sectors
• Collaborate across teams: Work with cross-functional teams including data engineers, senior consultants, and client stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver impactful solutions
• Drive quality outcomes: Contribute to project deliverables including technical documentation, presentations, and client reports while supporting quality assurance processes

The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team

• Academic foundation: Degree in a quantitative field such as actuarial studies, mathematics, statistics, data science, economics, or related discipline
• Insurance analytics experience: 1-3 years of experience in insurance analytics, actuarial analysis, or related quantitative roles with foundational knowledge of pricing, reserving, or capital modelling
• Technical proficiency: Experience with at least one analytical programming language or tool (e.g. R, Python, SQL, or similar)
• Problem solver: Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to tackle complex business challenges
• Clear communicator: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Collaborative mindset: Proven ability to work effectively in team environments and manage multiple priorities
• Continuous learner: Self-motivated with eagerness to develop new technical and business skills, including interest in AI and emerging analytics techniques
