Your new role

  • Operation of flo-con truck or truck and dog
  • Maintaining truck
  • Operating ride-on equipment and light, medium and heavy mechanical plant
  • Performing construction tasks related to new water and sewerage infrastructure
  • Adhering to all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) protocols
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including general labouring

What you'll need to succeed

  • Driver's Licence – MR minimum
  • White Card
  • Proficiency in operating tandem axle trucks
  • Background in the construction and maintenance of roads and drainage systems
  • Holding relevant certifications/licences for operating various plants and equipment
  • Living locally in the Mackay region
  • Contactable references
