Griepink & Ward Air-Conditioning specializes in all maintenance, repairs and installation needs for both Residential and Commercial customers across Melbourne.  We are looking for a Mechanical Plumber, with their Type A Servicing License, on either a full time or sub-contracted basis, for an immediate start.

We are offering an Attractive Salary Package, above industry standard, to the successful candidate, including company vehicle*, mobile phone* and uniform.

*Full time role exclusive

  • Package to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications
  • Experience with leading Manufacturers will be an advantage

This job will offer excellent exposure to a varied scope of work, including but not limited to:

  • Fault finding and repairs
  • Servicing the systems of existing customers
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance
  • Not just seasonal work, there is constant work year round
  • Opportunity for upskilling in other areas of the industry

The successful Applicant must have:

  • Victorian Drivers Licence (Manual preferred, but not essential)
  • Red / White Card
  • Type A Gas Servicing License
  • Breakdown/repair experience to Type-A Gas Appliances
  • Excellent Time Management and Customer Service Skills
  • Proven Experience
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

The following are beneficial to your application, but not a necessity:

  • Refrigeration Handling Licence (ARCTICK)
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (Disconnect / Re-Connect Licence)
