We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our team in beautiful Ballina. If you're passionate about food, confident in running a kitchen, and ready to enjoy consistent daytime hours – this is the job for you.

  • Proven experience managing a kitchen
  • Ability to write and develop creative, seasonal menus
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • A passion for producing high-quality, consistent food
  • Someone who values a work-life balance – no split shifts or late nights here
  • Creativity is a must – we're looking to refresh and elevate our menu with new ideas and modern flavours
  • A rare night shift may need to be filled but you wil have plenty of notice.
