As a Pre-Paid Funeral Specialist, you'll build trusted relationships, provide expert guidance on funeral planning options, and contribute to a purpose-driven business that honours life and celebrates memories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships and guide families through pre-paid funeral options
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, community engagement, and partnerships
  • Prepare quotations and contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adapt strategies to market trends
  • Represent InvoCare with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

Competent in MS Office and CRM systems

Unrestricted driver's licence
