Are you a people person with a passion for window furnishings and a knack for building relationships? We're looking for a motivated and professional Retail Consultant to join our small, friendly team in Adelaide. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our growth as we establish a new distribution centre to support our expanding business. Shaw Performance Products are a highly regarded supplier to the Window Furnishing Industry, servicing the market for over 75 years.

This part-time position is for 2-3 days per week with flexible hours. Full and ongoing training will be provided to ensure your success. Relevant industry experience will be beneficial.

What you'll do:

  • Become a Product Expert: Conduct engaging presentations and training sessions for showroom and sales staff, introducing them to our stunning range of interior and exterior blind fabrics and systems. You'll help them understand the products and see why Shaw Performance Products are the best choice for customers.
  • Forge Strong Connections: Build and nurture lasting relationships with our customers and internal teams. Your ability to connect with people will be crucial to our success.
  • Support and Resolve: Act as a reliable point of contact for any product warranty issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Show Your Style: Your decorating flair and a keen eye for colour will be a great asset in this role, helping you connect with our products and customers.
  • Work as a Team Player: Join a small, supportive team and contribute to the successful establishment of our new distribution centre.
