The Senior Customer Service Officer plays pivotal part in achieving our Purpose through team leadership, the provision of friendly, knowledgably service to members, efficient policy management and timely and accurate administration.

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on individual to join the team and promote the HHI difference.  In this role, you will:

  • Work with new and existing members (policyholders) to identify and deliver products and other services that meet the member's needs.
  • Actively support and lead team members in the delivery of efficient, friendly and well-informed customer service.
  • Undertake team leadership activities, including managing rostering and task allocation.
  • Complete timely and accurate administration activities, including financial reconciliations and policy maintenance.
  • Support the Operations Manager to implement system and procedure changes.
